Job Description
Insight Global is hiring experienced trainers to support technology rollouts at a large bank. This role is 8 months long and hybrid in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities:
· Design and deliver both in-class (once move in is done) and virtual training sessions (prior to move in)
· Facilitate training for meeting rom technology for end users and executive assistants
· Collaborate with other trainers and project leads
· Assist with video production and training content recording, user guides, demos
· Track attendance, follow up on surveys, and maintain training records

Required Skills & Experience
· 4+ years of training experience
· Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
· Strong communication: honest, open, team-oriented, focused on continuous improvement
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Video production and design work (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate)
· Experience in banking or large enterprise environments
