Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Office Administrator to support a leading aviation company in Mississauga. This is a 3‑month contract with strong intent to convert to a full‑time role. The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, customers, and vendors, while also providing administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including the CEO. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and adaptable, with the ability to manage a fast‑paced front‑of‑house environment that requires frequent multitasking, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in an office administration, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or receptionist role.
- Proven experience working in a front‑desk or reception environment, with comfort being the first point of contact and answering inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience with expense management, invoicing, or tools such as Concur is considered an asset
