Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a Manager to lead the Customer Service and Project Services teams for a medical equipment manufacturing company. This role is 5 days a week on site in Richmond Hill. This role oversees both departments, directly managing a team of project managers while also managing the customer service team through a supervisor. The manager provides hands‑on leadership, maintains strong product and pricing knowledge, and ensures sales, distributor, and customer requests are handled accurately, professionally, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of PM and CSR teams, addressing performance gaps as needed
• Directly manage the PM team and partner closely with the CSR Supervisor
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports; provide updates and feedback to teams and ownership
• Step in as needed across both functions through cross‑training to assess team effectiveness
• Schedule and approve time‑off for the PM team and CSR Supervisor
• Evaluate and improve processes, productivity, and overall team performance
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and processes; support teams through challenges
• Lead training, and development for both teams; support and evaluate the CSR Supervisor
• Conduct annual performance reviews for the PM team and CSR Supervisor
• Maintain ongoing communication with ownership, including weekly check‑ins

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of management experience leading a team of 5 or more employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and departments throughout the company
• Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications
• Strong ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and other departments
• Must have leadership skills with the drive to teach, develop and mentor other members of the team
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Familiarity/Experience with SAP
• Ability to read AUTOCAD drawings
• Secondary education (specifically in business/administration)
