Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Product Manager for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a journey transformation, enhancing the homebuying experience for customers.
Migration of Home Buyer Transformation (HBT) Journey to Cloud: Lead the migration of the HBT journey to the cloud, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
Running with Scrum Teams: Oversee and collaborate with scrum teams to drive product development and delivery.
User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals

Required Skills & Experience
Lending Experience: Proven experience in lending, with a deep understanding of lending products and processes.
Technical Knowledge and Business Acumen: A balanced blend of technical expertise and business insight (50/50 split) to drive product success.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
Agile Methodology Experience: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies to ensure efficient and flexible product development.
Delivery Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Roadmap creation and management experience 50/50 split
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
Former Business Analyst (BA): Previous experience as a BA is advantageous.
Digital Transformation Experience: Experience in leading or participating in digital transformation initiatives.
