Required Skills & Experience
-Strong background in the Canadian Brokerage industry; CSC, CPH or similar courses preferred
-Deep Wealth Operations knowledge, including client onboarding, account transfers, cash movements, corporate actions, estates, tax/reporting, trade processing, settlements, mutual funds, and reconciliations
-Experience with Wealth Ops regulatory initiatives (e.g., CRM, Total Cost Reporting, tax-related initiatives, annual remediations)
-Hands-on experience with Wealth systems such as Broadridge, FundSERV, FIS Wealthware, FIS -Global Plus, W360, AWS, myWealth, RIS
Familiarity with workflow/BPM tools (myWealth, AWS, or similar)
-Proven experience as a UAT Lead (strategy, test case design, execution support)
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
