Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a lead developer to support a large bank in Toronto, join the Trading and Execution Services team responsible for developing an integrated trading toolset used by internal trading desks and client‑facing teams. The successful candidate will sit on site at 155 Wellington street west 2 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a .NET / C# developer.
Strong hands-on expertise in WPF and WinForms desktop development.
Background in capital markets, particularly equities, electronic trading, or algorithmic trading workflows supporting low‑latency, sub‑millisecond response time applications.
Experience integrating with back-end systems via messaging middleware (Solace, JMS) and APIs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with traders and global stakeholders.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Java or Spring Boot (backend handled by another team, but familiarity is helpful).
Experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks (web front end handled by another team).
Exposure to internal private cloud environments, Kubernetes, and Docker.
