Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join large consulting client on a 6 month contract working 20 hours/week and fully remote in Canada working PST hours. The successful candidate will join a project to modernize it's workforce planning and employee movement process. Expertise in creating end-to-end solution architecture for HRSD and SAP SuccessFactors, leading integration design patterns, data models, and workflow mapping, and ability to provide through leadership is essential to succeed in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years architecture experience with ServiceNow HRSD + SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong background in HR process design, movement workflows, and integration modeling
• Experience in workforce planning / employee movement / talent marketplace environments
• Ability to work part‑time while driving multi‑phase design consistency
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with large public sector digital transformation programs
• Certifications: ServiceNow HRSD, IntegrationHub, SAP SuccessFactors
