Job Description
Insight Global is looking for an Analytics Consultant to join the Financial Planning Performance Management team supports roughly 800 Financial Planners across Canada by producing performance reporting and calculating compensation and commissions tied to behaviour and results. This role focuses on building and enhancing data processes in SQL and SAS, troubleshooting issues, and delivering accurate reporting to both leadership and FPs. The analyst will work closely with the manager, Vera, to investigate data anomalies, develop new features, and ensure smooth reporting operations. It’s a hands‑on, data‑heavy role ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working with complex datasets.
