Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Product Owner to support multiple digital initiatives within a leading Canadian bank, with a primary focus on a fraud initiative. This pod is part of a strategic effort to centralize authentication processes and enhance fraud prevention across digital channels.

The Junior PO will work closely with a Senior Product Owner, providing hands-on support across various phases of a long-term project. This role is designed to fill critical gaps and ensure smooth delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner to support several projects
• Help initiate and manage smaller projects by coordinating UX tasks, updating content and features, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Attend cross-functional meetings, take detailed notes, and use AI tools to capture and summarize meeting insights.
• Write and refine user stories under the guidance of the Senior Product Owner.
• Support UX validation efforts to ensure design meets functional and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years’ experience delivering web/mobile enhancements and supporting business + tech teams.
• Solid digital delivery and UX workflow acumen.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Figma, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Exposure to fraud, advice and investing, and everyday banking (PBB).
