Job Description

We are seeking an Intermediate Azure DevOps (ADO) Technical Delivery Analyst to support the SAP S/4HANA shERPa program. This role provides first‑line triage and intake for SIT/UAT defects, coordinating defect activities across ITS and functional testing teams. The candidate will ensure high-quality intake, correct routing of issues, and smooth communication between testing and ITS.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years experience in Technical Delivery, Testing, or ADO-driven roles (Intermediate level).
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including:
○ Boards
○ Bugs & Work Items
○ Queries
○ Defect lifecycle management
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/ITSM systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ITell.
• Generalized testing and defect triage experience.
• Ability to differentiate functional defects vs. non-defect operational issues.
• Experience in SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare workflows.
Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to technical leadership.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Exposure to ERP or Finance programs (SAP experience strongly preferred).
• Experience in large, multi-stream enterprise programs (SAP, integrations, analytics, business testers).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Experience with global or follow-the-sun teams (APAC overlap a plus).
