Job Description
We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Accounting to lead complex, cross functional problem solving and ad hoc analysis across the Capital Markets Controllership team. This leader will navigate ambiguity, drive stakeholder alignment, and elevate reporting, analytics, and process optimization within Finance. You’ll manage priorities, mentor analysts, and partner widely to deliver insights that matter.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience, ideally within banking/financial services.
• CPA or actively working toward it - full cycle accounting, closing month end, quarter end, year end
• Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query/Power Pivot; Excel test level: advanced).
• Experience with big data/analytics tools (e.g., SQL/Power BI/Tableau or similar).
• Exposure to automation tools (macros/VBA, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Banking/financial services experience
• AI experience in previous role
