Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a helpdesk candidate who has experience providing phone support and in person support for hardware and software issues like password resets, VPN issues, or account creations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and troubleshooting experience.

Required Skills & Experience

1. 1-3+ years experience troubleshooting tier 2 level hardware and software issues
2. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft SCCM and O365
3. Experience installing and troubleshooting desktop and laptop operating systems and applications.
4. Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills

Experience with Service Now
Experience with Linux Systems
