Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to provide digital product leadership for one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-tier digital solutions for a digital customer journey transformation.
• Digital platform enhancements
• Digital roadmap creation and execution
• Leading delivery with Agile Teams: Oversee and collaborate with agile pods to drive product development and delivery.
• User Stories: Develop and manage user stories to ensure clear and actionable requirements.
Strategic Visioning and Road Mapping: Support strategic visioning and road mapping to align product development with business goals

Required Skills & Experience
• Experience delivering customer-facing capabilities and digital products
• Home Finance Experience: Proven experience in lending, with a deep understanding of lending products and processes.
• Technical Knowledge and Business Acumen: A balanced blend of technical expertise and business insight (50/50 split) to drive product success.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in managing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile Methodology Experience: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies to ensure efficient and flexible product development.
• Delivery Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of cloud web services: Handling integration between modern web services and legacy platforms
• Roadmap Management: Expertise in creating and maintaining product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations. Ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic importance and resource availability.
• Defining KPIs: Proficiency in identifying and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Skilled in analyzing data to track progress, make informed decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
• PowerPoint, Excel: Advanced skills in using PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations and Excel for data analysis and reporting. Capable of leveraging these tools to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of the homebuyer journey end-to-end (browsing mortgages to renewals)
