Job Description
Provide day-to-day technical support to local and remote employees for hardware and software issues on their laptops and mobile devices . Windows and MAC, Iphone & Android.
Assist in various IT functions such as hardware and software inventory and rolling out new systems to end users/groups . Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment. Manage asset management, inventory management and shipping and receipt of hardware.

Required Skills & Experience
Assists in maintenance of network equipment, phones, and teleconference equipment.
Assists in the support of the computer room and data center operations arena .
Excellent written and spoken English
Fully proficient with the Windows and MacOS operating systems
Experience with supporting the Microsoft Office Suite. Extensive experience with Excel, OneNote, Onedrive and SharePoint.
Thorough understanding of pc computer hardware and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
Documentation skills for creating instruction and documenting troubleshooting techniques and solutions for others to follow.
Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel
High level of accountability and ability to perform detailed and technical initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision
Organization skills required.
