Job Description
• Support Revenue Operations including system bug triage, business process support, technical
advisory, business requirements gathering, managing SOX controls, and system configuration for
AR.
• Create and maintain technical and process documentation
• Support projects and other initiatives from a technology perspective that impact the Finance
department.
• Work closely with IT and other business units to execute new technology and functionality
implementations.
• Facilitate and maintain partnerships with key system and business stakeholders
• Identify areas of improvement to increase process efficiencies and data integrity. Providing
solutions in accordance with industry best practices and company policy.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3-5 years of experience - degree or equivalent experience required
• Salesforce product knowledge - sales, service cloud, CRM
• Experience supporting finance systems and processes, including Workday Finance, MuleSoft integrations, revenue operations and indirect tax compliance
Strong systems analysis skills: requirements gathering, data and process analysis and translating business needs into clear technical specifications in partnership with development teams
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous salesforce employee
Quote to cash experience (understanding billing concepts and how tax is included)
