Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a bilingual collections specialist based out of Toronto, Canada to work for one of our client's headquarter in Kansas City. This person will be responsible for handling inbound client calls that are related to collections request. This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days being in office, and Tuesday being mandatory. The first 60 days, this person will be required to be fully onsite for the training before it turning hybrid. A candidate with great customer service skills and experience handling collections will be a good fit for this position.

Required Skills & Experience
• 1+ years of experience working in customer service, call center, or collections position
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual in Quebecois French and English
• Organized and adaptable to a fast paced environment
