Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our client’s expanding marketing team and support the development of an Americas Demand Center. In this role, you will help execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with global go-to-market strategies, generate qualified leads, and accelerate revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting campaign planning and execution, creating marketing assets, managing email nurture streams, and coordinating webinars. You will collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet objectives, monitor performance metrics for optimization, and research future opportunities such as events and sponsorships.

Required Skills & Experience
2-4 years in B2B Marketing; ideally field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.
Experience using and developing emails and email nurtures through Marketing Automation Platforms like Marketo.
A self-starter that can work independently or as part of a matrixed marketing environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects and consistently meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, and demonstrable experience synthesizing data and making strategic decisions using various inputs.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to effectively share ideas and lead discussions with a wide variety of audiences.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Demonstrated aptitude for learning, including:
Understanding of customer/prospect audiences at the level of company, team, and individual contributor.
Marketing principles and strategies.
Natural storytelling, including ability to work collaboratively to create and adapt compelling messaging to marketing deliverables that get prospects and customers to think differently about the challenges they face.
