Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Director of Data Architecture to join a leading technology-enabled service provider. The Director of Data Architecture will lead the development and implementation of the company’s enterprise data strategy. This includes designing scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions to support advanced analytics and business intelligence. The role oversees data warehousing, integration, governance, and architecture standards, with a strong emphasis on modern cloud technologies. This position is critical to ensuring centralized data tables are accurate, scalable, and built for long-term growth. The Director will also manage the design and integration of new data feeds from core enterprise systems—such as Workday, SAGE, HubSpot, Ironclad, and ServiceNow—to enable seamless data flow and reliable reporting across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
· Proven expertise in data strategy, modeling, and warehousing.
· Hands-on experience with Snowflake, cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern data integration tools.
· Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, from initial assessment through integration and performance optimization
· Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced analytics platforms.
Familiarity with data lake house architectures and real-time data processing.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Knowledge of financial and operational data domains is a plus.
