Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to assist with an upcoming rollout at one of Canada’s largest retailers starting in the new year. The primary responsibility will be coordinating between internal team members and an external vendor for work conducted in the retail space. This role involves ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among all involved parties to meet project timelines and goals

Required Skills & Experience

• Facilitate coordination between the internal team and the external vendor.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Assist in organizing project meetings and preparing necessary materials.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Communicate project status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking, with CCNA-level understanding (certification not required).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Work from Richmond Hill office with other team members.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus but not necessary.
