Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Analyst to join our team on a 10-month contract. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. You will support business-as-usual (BAU) activities, assist with technical enhancements, and contribute to projects that leverage data and AI-driven insights. This position is a backfill for a Senior Analyst, so you’ll gain exposure to a wide range of analytical tasks while working closely with experienced professionals.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years or at least co-op experience in banking
- Background in technology or finance (no CFA/FRM required).
- Strong eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with financial products and banking knowledge.
- Basic technical skills, including Power BI and Power Query.
Ability to work on-site twice a week and start immediately.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SQL, Alteryx, and data workflows.
- Exposure to AI-driven reporting or commentary.
- Understanding of quantitative analysis techniques.
