Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our large banking clients. This role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of projects that include branch closures, new branch builds, office relocations, and vacate/decommissioning initiatives.
You will be responsible for:
Aligning schedules and deliverables across construction and corporate real estate teams
Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for technology setup (network connectivity, printers, audio/visual equipment)
Maintaining strong administrative oversight, including documentation, reporting, and PMO compliance
Projects may involve asset removal, infrastructure readiness, and technology integration into office and retail spaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while traveling to sites across Canada as needed.

Required Skills & Experience
3-7 years of PM experience (real estate or technology integration projects)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
