Job Description

We are seeking a Fleet and Procurement Analyst to join our team on a 14-month contract to cover a maternity leave. This unique role offers a 50/50 split between fleet management and procurement support, providing exposure to multiple business functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and an excellent communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1–2 years of work experience (open to recent graduates).
• Background in fleet management, procurement, or related areas is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong digital acumen for reporting and SharePoint updates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in CPG or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Coupa (preferred).
• Basic understanding of SAP (for accounting) is an asset.
