Job Description
This is a complex, multi-team integration project in the ATM domain focused on enhancing security through upgraded encrypted PIN pads. Beginning in 2025, new PCI requirements (TR-3134) mandate changes in how encryption keys are delivered to ATMs and how encryption processes are executed. The initiative involves:
• Replacing and upgrading PIN pads across branches.
• Implementing longer, more complex encryption standards.
• Coordinating with vendors on both hardware and software integration.
Managing multiple integration points across modules, testing teams, and backend systems to deliver a seamless end-to-end solution.

Required Skills & Experience
• Financial institution experience with ATM and branch environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of ATM encryption standards including EPP (Encrypted PIN Pad), PIN/MAC keys, PCI encryption (ISO-01, Triple DES).
• Understanding of ATM communication protocols such as NDC or DDC, and key management/distribution processes.
• Cryptography expertise (symmetric and asymmetric encryption) with proven ability to deliver secure solutions.
• Track record of managing multi-team ATM projects involving vendors (NCR, Diebold), integrators, terminal handler teams, and host backend teams.
Integration management skills: ability to unit test module deliverables and consolidate into a single solution.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of XFS architecture for ATM software integration.
• Familiarity with TR-31/34 key block protocols and ISO-04 standards.
Experience with AES encryption for advanced cryptographic implementations.
