Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Technical BSA to join one of the leading banks in Toronto on a contractual basis. The sucessful candidate will be required on site 5x a month (every Wednesday and third Friday) and will be dedicated to projects related to digital technology consisting of fraud authentication and AI. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed user cases, and collaborating effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to challenge assumptions, and proficiency in working with APIs and tools like Swagger.

Required Skills & Experience
-8–10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the financial industry.
-Strong experience specifically as a technical BSA
-Knowledge/ able to communicate with developers on Swagger/OpenAPI and RESTful APIs.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Proven ability to challenge assumptions and drive collaborative solutions.
-Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
