Job Description

As a member of the banks Cybersecurity, Third Party and Resilience (CTPR) team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality reporting that supports CTPR and contributes to the strategic objectives of the Chief Security Office (CSO). You will work closely with senior leaders and internal partners across CTPR, CSO, TI&I, and other cybersecurity stakeholders to gather, analyze, and present timely and accurate information. Your efforts will ensure that decision-makers have the insights they need to manage risk and drive business priorities. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who excels at building relationships, streamlining information flows, and providing valuable reporting to strengthen the banks overall governance and security posture.

Required Skills & Experience

- Past work experience focused on professional communication releases, or business consultant with a focus on security awareness, or technical writing background is necessary to be successful in this role
- Past experience communicating to executive leadership (SVP level and above) and board committee
- Ability to draft clear, professional correspondence for senior executives and board members.
- Expertise in filtering and curating incoming content to ensure only relevant and appropriate information is shared with executives and key audiences.
- Skilled in translating complex information, taking accurate meeting minutes, and preparing concise summaries.
- Experience in creating speaking notes and briefing materials for VP-level leadership.
- Proven ability to collect and synthesize content related to fusion, threat intelligence, operational resilience, risk management, and cybersecurity.
- Ability to prepare board-level reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
- Ownership of specific sections within board reports, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.
- Experience working within governance and cybersecurity or fusion
- Recognizing discrepancies between business needs and deliverables while reviewing and validating requirements and communicating to stakeholders to ensure they understand and accept and identify the need to change direction.
- Demonstrate the value of governance by linking initiatives to business outcomes and risk mitigation. Continuously refine collaboration by soliciting feedback, fostering strong cross-functional relationships, and leveraging information to effectively influence and support organizational objectives.
