Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Product Owner to join a leading bank in downtown Toronto on a hybrid schedule. In this role, you will help build a centralized hub for client communication delivering alerts, recommended actions, and activity tracking to enhance the client experience and reduce call center volume. You’ll work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute the product roadmap and foundational capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Senior Product Owner and development teams to plan and deliver digital product capabilities through sprint execution.
• Drive initiatives to reduce contact center calls via digital solutions and improve client experience.
• Develop foundational messaging elements and support branch activities (e.g., credit card activation alerts).
• Manage backlog and user stories in Jira, document processes in Confluence, and utilize design assets in Figma.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
· 2-5 years of experience in digital product delivery within Agile/Scrum environments.
· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to run sprint meetings
· Willingness to learn and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Background in UX design and customer journey optimization
