Job Description
Insight Global is seeking 2 experienced resources with strong Model N domain expertise, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, to support a critical implementation project. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in business analysis, functional design, integration, and testing within Model N environments. The client is moving from Vistex to Model N and requires support driving this project. This client is based in Ontario and it will be a 6 month contract, with extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and design specifications.
- Support integration and implementation activities for Model N solutions.
- Prepare test scripts, develop test plans, and execute SIT/UAT testing.
- Create business process flows (minimum Level 2) to support SIT 2, UAT script writing, and UAT tester training.
- Provide subject matter expertise in Model N domain.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-10+ years of experience in a Business Analysis or Consultant role, ideally in pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of experience implementing new Revenue Management Solutions like Model N
- Excellent experience in full life cycle implementation process including functional requirements & design, integration & implementation, and testing.
- Experience creating business process flows.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.
- Model N domain knowledge in:
- Contract Pricing / Rebates / Deal Management (Canada & U.S.)
- Direct Sales & Indirect Sales (Canada & U.S.)
- Chargebacks
- EDI 845 Bid Awards (Canada & U.S.)
- 867 Inventory (Canada) – clarification required
- Commercial MCO / Part D Payers (U.S.)
- Government Pricing Calculation & Reporting (U.S.)
- Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare & Federal Supply Schedule (U.S.)
- Direct Sales Rebates (U.S.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working with similar Revenue Management Solutions like Vistex.
