Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep expertise in Treasury systems and hands-on experience implementing QRM (Quantitative Risk Management) platforms. This role is critical for supporting ALM, Liquidity Management, FTP, and SIRR initiatives within the Treasury space.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business lines to analyze current state and gather, document requirements for ALM, liquidity management, FTP, and SIRR.
Write detailed business and functional specifications for internal and external system interfaces.
Lead requirements workshops and create artifacts such as data flow diagrams, process models, and message mapping documents.
Assist in testing efforts through scenario definition, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
Implement and support QRM platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with Treasury objectives.
Perform source-to-target mapping, work on data pipelines and flows, and conduct data analysis.
Write and execute SQL and Spark SQL queries, leverage APIs, and use tools like Postman and Databricks for data retrieval and validation.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, with recent experience in Treasury system build and integration projects.
3+ years hands-on implementing Treasury platforms as ALM, Liquidity Management, Stress Testing, or Forecasting tools (consulting, deployment, implementation, support).
Strong understanding of capital markets instruments, valuation techniques, and IRR.
Expertise in analyzing and reconciling large datasets to drive business requirements and decisions.
5+ years experience in Agile delivery.
Technical Skills
SQL (required), Spark SQL
APIs and Postman
Databricks
Familiarity with QRM platform and Treasury systems
Data pipeline design and source-to-target mapping
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field.
Preferred: FRM, CFA, M.Fin, MBA, or other advanced degree.
