Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Interim Director of IT to join a non-profit client in Toronto on a contract basis. This role will be hybrid 3 days/week in Scarborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic IT leadership to the organization, the lead agency, and client-facing programs to help execute innovative and secure IT systems. Candidates should have experience working within technology in a leadership capacity, and management skills.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years experience in Information Technology industry (including IT Security, data privacy, compliance).
- 5+ years experience in a management position overseeing IT Staff, budgets, and vendor management.
- A University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience aligning IT strategies and projects with business objectives
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Someone who has worked in the non-profit/social sector space.
