Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:
RBCx is seeking a versatile Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives within the People Experience team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments, bridging technical and business domains to drive enterprise-level migrations and change.
You’ll work alongside a business-focused Project Manager and an IT PM to support two major initiatives:
• Migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft Office
• Transition from Palantir (data platform) to the Enterprise Data Lake
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Support discovery and execution phases of the Google to Microsoft migration project
• Assist in the data platform migration by identifying dependencies, risks, and business impacts
• Translate business needs into actionable insights and system requirements
• Contribute to change management planning, training materials, and stakeholder communications
• Create clear, concise executive-level reporting and presentation decks
• Work with IT PMs using Jira, while helping transition business teams to Asana
• Engage with internal stakeholders and former team members to ensure alignment and continuity

Required Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise migration projects, especially Google Workspace to Microsoft Office
• Strong blend of technical and business analysis skills
• Experience working in financial services, ideally with exposure to commercial banking projects
• Proficiency in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Jira
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have:
• Exposure to data platform transitions (e.g., Palantir to Data Lake)
• Background in training delivery, change management, or strategic communications
