Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Delivery Lead join a large financial institution. This role will lead key initiatives within the Data, Delivery and Integration team, focusing on Payments, AML, Sanctions Screening, and Payments Compliance. This role involves end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and modernization of payments infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery professionals
• Establishing governance structures and delivery operating models
• Driving strategic alignment between business and technology
• Managing risks, issues, and financial plans
• Coordinating with enterprise control partners and external service providers
• Ensuring successful transition from delivery to business-as-usual
• Promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and transformational change

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in project delivery, ideally in Capital Markets and Payments
• Strong subject matter expertise in Payments Operations, Payments Technology, AML, and Sanctions
• Experience managing change projects in payments processing, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliation
• Proven success in leading large programs and delivery teams
• Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Rapid delivery methodologies
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and project management frameworks
• Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or CSP designation preferred
• University degree or equivalent
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Certified Agile Coach or Scrum Master designation
• Experience with governance control frameworks and enterprise control partners
• Familiarity with Estimation Frameworks and PDLC artifacts
