Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Account Operations Manager for one our large information technology clients. This role is responsible for the end to end operational support of a leading retail account and serving as the primary point of contact for operational aspects of the business. You will work closely with sales reps that lead the retail account strategy and provide processes consulting expertise to projects and account teams to support the development of customer solution and ensure the efficient execution of operational processes. In this role you will also act as the advocate for the retail partner and provide perspective, communicate expectations and offer feedback to improve processes and capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience with Vendor Central (VC), managing user access, tracking disputes, reconciling DFIs, and handling purchase orders and invoice discrepancies.
-Skilled in managing return authorizations, coordinating logistics, processing Co-Op agreements, remittance, and resolving disputes and chargebacks.
-Ability to manage promotional agreements, support NPIs, maintain product catalogs, and execute marketing programs like Amplify and Instant Ink.
-Proficiency in retail analytics tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot), EDI/API integration, and troubleshooting data quality and inventory discrepancies.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, including leading weekly meetings with Vendor Managers and coordinating with Finance, Sales, and Returns teams.
