Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Salsify Lead to spearhead the consolidation of two Salsify PXM instances into a single enterprise platform. This role will be instrumental in optimizing the digital shelf strategy across retailers, marketplaces, and DTC channels.
You’ll work closely with North American teams to architect and implement a unified data model, ensuring scalability, governance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salsify expert with strong technical and project leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Salsify PXM: product experience management
Deep expertise in Salsify platform features:
Product hierarchy, taxonomy, inheritance
Global instance management
Channel mapping and syndication workflows
Advanced formula building
Digital asset and enhanced content management
Strong technical acumen:
Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and enterprise software
Ability to troubleshoot and design scalable solutions
Project management experience across multiple client engagements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
4+ years in digital commerce, merchandising, or data management
Experience with SAP
Understanding of supply chain and logistics fulfillment operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in toy, retail, or consumer products industries
Background in Trade Marketing or Merchandising
Familiarity with custom channel management
Experience with automation scripts and API integrations
Ability to mentor and train others on Salsify best practices
Proven ability to learn new platforms quickly
Experience with data architecture strategy
Knowledge of auditing and backfilling missing data
Experience developing readiness reports and governance frameworks
