Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Program Manager with a strong hands-on background as a Refrigeration Technician to lead and oversee construction programs involving background of refrigeration systems in commercial, industrial, or retail environments. This role combines technical expertise in refrigeration with strategic program management to ensure successful project execution, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project/program management.
- 5+ years prior hands-on experience as a Refrigeration Technician is required.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, refrigerants, and maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with commercial and industrial refrigeration applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Refrigeration contractor's license.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- EPA Section 608 Certification is a plus
- Experience working for a large retail, commercial, or industrial company is preferred
- Experience in grocery, food service, cold storage, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of energy-efficient refrigeration technologies and sustainability practices.
