Program Manager, Paving and Roofing Specialization

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager with an paving and roofing hands-on construction background that will be responsible for the delivery of paving and roofing repairs, replacements, and project status for a large scale environment with over 1000 locations that need to be serviced. his role ensures that all paving and roofing systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project/program management, with direct hands-on experience in roofing and paving
- 2+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing multiple sites and projects (hands-off)
- Roofer's Certificate of Qualification
- Experience with training for paving, such as a Construction Techniques Certificate. Manufacturer-specific certifications, like GAF certification
- Experiencing managing new installs and maintenance of roofing/paving
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and successful completion of work
- Experience reporting data and presentation with tools such as Excel and Powerpoint to the business
- Great communication skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (flat, pitched, membrane, etc.) and paving techniques (asphalt, concrete, grading).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
