Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager with a paving and construction background that will be responsible for the delivery of paving and roofing repairs, replacements, and project status for a large scale environment with over 400 locations that need to be serviced. his role ensures that all paving and roofing systems are designed, installed, and maintained to meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders. This program manager will also advise head office team whether roof, paving, parking lots should be maintained or fully replaced depending on asset age, condition of asset, and store traffic.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project/program management within Retail/ Manufacturing/Industrial/Commercial
- Experiencing managing new installs and maintenance of roofing/paving/parking lots
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and successful completion of work
- Experience reporting data and presentation with tools such as Excel and Powerpoint to the business
- Great communication skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems (flat, pitched, membrane, etc.) and paving techniques (asphalt, concrete, grading).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
- Comfortable with company travel

Large retail experience
- Direct hands-on experience in roofing and paving /Parking Lots/Asphalt
- Roofer's Certificate of Qualification
