Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an intermediate QA Automation Engineer with deep hands-on experience in Selenium and automation frameworks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can lead testing efforts, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Experience in the banking and contact center domains is a strong asset.
Key responsibiltiies include the below:
-Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium
-Execute and manage automated test cases across multiple environments
-Lead QA efforts within the team, acting as a senior point of contact
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts
-Communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
-Ensure high-quality delivery through continuous integration and testing best practices

Required Skills & Experience
-5-8 years of QA experience, with a focus on automation
-Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium and related tools
-Proven experience in framework creation, test execution, and maintenance
-Excellent coordination and communication skills
-Ability to lead and mentor junior QA team members
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in the banking sector
Familiarity with UFT and TestNG
Exposure to contact center automation tools such as:
Cyara Velocity
Hammer Call Master
Prior experience working with contact center teams
