Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr IT Project Manager for one of the top 5 leading banks in Canada. This successful candidate will be responsible for helping upgrade the infrastructure for an internal contact center application. This role requires you to be on site 5 times a month in Toronto.
Key responsibilities include the below:
-Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure upgrade projects within the Contact Center domain
-Drive project planning, scope definition, and execution across cross-functional teams
-Provide clear and direct updates to senior stakeholders and executives
-Own financial and status reporting, including budget tracking and forecasting
-Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues with strong risk writing skills
-Collaborate with third-party vendors and manage contract deliverables
-Apply the EDF Project Management Framework throughout the project lifecycle
-Develop and present business cases to justify project investments
-Ensure alignment with technical teams and maintain oversight of technical deliverables

Required Skills & Experience
-10+ years of Project Management experience (more is better)
-Proven success managing large programs with budgets ranging from $5M–$20M
-Strong background in financial reporting, status reporting, and risk management
-Experience working with senior-level stakeholders and executive teams
-Familiarity with EDF project management framework
-Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and contracts
-Solid technical understanding (not expected to be an SME but must lead technical projects effectively)
-Prior experience with Contact Center projects and end-of-life initiatives
-Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
