Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to join one of our automotive clients. You will lead and supervise the manufacturing engineering team to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage engineering projects, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience OR skilled trade experience
2+ years in a supervisory role
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering OR skilled trade background
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment
Root cause analysis
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Power BI
CAD Experience:
- SolidWorks
- Inventor
- AutoCAD
