Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Business System Analyst to join a leading bank in Toronto for a large AI implementation project. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in business analysis and a proven track record of transitioning into system-focused roles. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in automation, AI technologies—including agentic AI—and customer experience platforms.
Key responsibilities include following:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
-Work within a standard Waterfall environment to support project delivery.
-Design and optimize workflow automation processes.
-Contribute to initiatives involving AI automation and agentic AI technologies.
-Partner with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless user experiences across business applications.
-Interface with agent desktop platforms such as -Genesys and Verint.
-Support projects involving financial transaction systems and API integrations.
-Participate in solution design, testing, and implementation phases.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience in BSA/BA roles, ideally within the financial sector.
-Strong understanding of automation workflows, -AI-driven solutions, and agentic AI.
-Experience with UI/UX collaboration and customer-facing technologies.
-Familiarity with Genesys, Verint, and agent desktop tools.
-Solid grasp of financial transaction processes and API architecture.
-Exposure to IVR systems is a plus.
-Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Started career as a Business Analyst (BA) and evolved into a Business Systems Analyst (BSA).
-Experience working in enterprise-level environments with cross-functional teams.
