Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support production changes, handling bug fixes, QA automation, and post-implementation verification, while driving process improvements across trading, securities lending, repo, and collateralization workflows. The role involves gathering and refining requirements, managing change within the collateral management space, and collaborating cross-functionally with reference data, market data, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery into production.

Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of Capital Markets experience
Knowledge of repo and securities lending or collateral
Knowledge of front and back office trading platforms, support teams, processes
ServiceNow for ticketing
Basic SQL query writing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• AI background (note taking, training devs on tools)
• Knowledge of trading platforms such as Apex – FIS product, Spyer (by Equilend)
