Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer with strong
expertise in Java, AWS and Python to join one of our largest capital market clients technology team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in software development and architecture, with a keen ability to design and analyze complex systems. A background in capital markets is consider advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java, Python, and AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and architect effective solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on performance and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development and cloud technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and AWS technologies.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proven expertise in software design and system analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality, maintainable code.
• Hands on terraforming experience
• Experience utilizing AI Programs (Copilot or Chat GPT)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience or understanding of capital markets or financial services industry.
