IT Project Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior IT Project Manager to lead a major NDA transformation initiative within one of the top five leading banks. This role is not focused on coordination or administrative oversight—it requires a hands-on leader with deep technical understanding of ETL, data migration, and systems integration. The successful candidate will drive execution, manage risks, and ensure delivery of complex IT solutions in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibiltiies include the below:
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT transformation projects with a focus on data migration and integration
Own and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on architecture, data flows, and integration points
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and escalate as needed
Ensure compliance with NDA protocols and internal governance standards
Provide clear and timely updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors

7–10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of ETL processes, data migration, and integration technologies
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects without relying on coordination support
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams and vendors
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in financial services or banking environments
Familiarity with CIBC systems or similar enterprise platforms
PMP or equivalent certification
