Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setup, management, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead IT projects alongside existing system administrator. The Senior System Administrator will also be responsible for implementing new cloud technologies with VMWare VCF and Google Cloud and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s in Computer Science (Master’s preferred)
10+ years in enterprise system administration
Deep expertise in VMware vSphere and VCF
Strong GCP experience
Skilled in Linux and Windows Server
Familiar with vulnerability scanning (Qualys, Defender, Sentinel)
Experienced in enterprise backup tools (HP, Veeam, Veritas)
Knowledgeable in monitoring systems
Proficient with HPE server management
Solid networking fundamentals (VLANs, subnets, VPNs, firewalls)
Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
Experience with DevOps, IaC, and CI/CD pipelines
