Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Guidewire Portal Lead to join one of our leading insurance clients on a 1 year contract. This individual will serve as the primary resource, overseeing 3 other team members, acting as the key liaison with the the end product owners. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless production support experience, including L2 Incident Resolution, L3 Defect Management and Enhancements, and building long-term relationships and trust with stakeholders.

Prior experience within the Insurance Industry
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with ServiceNow integrations
Exposure to test management tools like XRAY
Previous leadership in long-term support engagements
