Job Description
We are seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join a Portfolio Governance team within a leading financial institution. This team plays a critical role in managing contract reviews, Statements of Work (SOWs), GR's, and vendor engagements. The successful candidate will support backend development work on the platform that houses these requests, while also contributing to reporting and stakeholder communications.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative environment. The analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders, present findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–4 years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in BAU (Business As Usual) environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong presentation and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in Power BI and SharePoint for reporting and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude, open-minded, and coachable
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of SQL (to support the team’s sole developer)
- Background in business management or exposure to different industries
- Experience supporting platform development or backend systems
- Familiarity with portfolio governance or enterprise banking environments
