Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Digital Marketing (Personalization) Specialist to join a Big 5 banking client's digital marketing team to help grow online presence and customer engagement through enterprise web channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing, personalizing, and optimizing digital marketing efforts across various channels, with a primary focus on implementing personalization.

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Digital Managers across various lines of business (LOBs) to ideate and implement personalization strategies for owned web properties.
• Partner with stakeholders across the bank to identify personalization opportunities for new webpage launches.
• Conduct research using internal data sources, Adobe Analytics, and other tools to inform personalization design.
• Develop hypotheses and execute A/B tests to validate personalization strategies (e.g., mobile view optimizations).
• Work closely with content designers and UX designers to craft cohesive and personalized user experiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, development, QA, and analytics to ensure alignment and execution.
• Analyze user data to identify segments such as app users without specific products, and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Author user stories and support quality assurance processes in collaboration with internal developers, QAs, and design teams.
• Drive personalization strategy by identifying testing opportunities and effectively communicating with partner teams.
• Create and maintain a personalization roadmap, including target audiences, campaign goals, and delivery timelines.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and stakeholder input.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by securing buy-in through data-driven storytelling, expectation management, and project tracking.
• Monitor live tests using Adobe Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to assess performance and optimize experiences.
Present findings and test results to internal teams and leadership to inform future strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years experience in digital marketing
• Experience optimizing and maintaining digital campaigns
• A/B testing experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset
• Great communication, hunger for developing skills, and a self-starter mentality
• Agile experience
• Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
Knowledge of UX, experience partnering with design

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target, Optimizely and equivalent technologies
• .com experience - web page maintenance, updates, and optimizations
Experience working with large data sets (enterprise data, customer profiling, behaviour analytics)
