Job Description

As a Quality Auditor you will be responsible for conducting inspections and audits across all phases of production, from receiving to final inspection. You will ensure compliance with internal procedures, customer specifications, and IATF standards, while promoting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices. Key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining weekly audit reports, initiating corrective actions, and assisting in supplier audits.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of shop floor experience in a quality-related role
Manufacturing experience, automotive preferred
Experience with internal audits and quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001/2000, ISO 17025)
Knowledge of Moulding and Assembly
Valid drivers license and ability to travel between plants
Confidence, strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Certified Internal Auditor (IATF or equivalent)
Familiarity with Red X problem-solving methodology
Exposure to APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC tools
