Senior Financial Analyst

Insight Global is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Platform & Technology (P&T) Finance team at one of the Big Five banks. This is a dual-track role focused on:
1. Capitalization: Managing end-to-end capitalization processes for two business partners.
2. TD Insurance Segment Reporting: Consolidating and analyzing technology spend across the bank that impacts the TD Insurance segment.
The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong technical skills in automation and data handling are essential.

• 4–6 years of experience in a large finance organization.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits, P&L, and FP&A fundamentals.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage high volumes of work without micromanagement.
• Technical proficiency in Power BI and related Microsoft automation tools.
• Comfortable building dashboards and reporting tools from scratch.
• Open to pursuing CPA or other financial designations.

• Experience with capitalization controls and balance sheet management.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion SmartView and Oracle BI.
