Insight Global is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead the AI Services business unit for one of our clients in the software development and artificial intelligence space. This role combines technical leadership with strategic oversight, focusing on the delivery and productization of custom AI solutions tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the Business Units CEO, providing technical vision and leadership across AI services.
Lead the delivery of custom AI solutions, including model training, fine-tuning, and integration with client data.
Apply proven AI patterns and adapt them to meet unique customer requirements.
Oversee advanced use cases such as graph-based retrieval, AI agents, ETL processes, and data transformation.
Collaborate directly with clients to build tailored solutions using third-party tools supported by the organization.
Act as a bridge between AI implementation and future product development, particularly in web applications.

7+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting, implementation, or professional services.
Proven ability to operate independently with full P&L responsibility.
Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, including model development, deployment, and optimization.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and engage with clients to deliver impactful solutions.
Deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
Solid understanding of enterprise AI implementations and production-level deployments.
Advanced knowledge of LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, etc.
Proficiency with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and others.
Familiarity with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI agent architectures.
Experience with enterprise AI infrastructure and MLOps best practices.
