Job Description

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain headcount tracking reports
- Assist in workforce analysis and reporting for operational teams
- Execute manual reporting processes with strong attention to detail
- Use Microsoft Visio to create and update workflow diagrams
- Work with large datasets using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Collaborate with team members to support various business reporting needs

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 0-2 years of experience
- Strong Excel proficiency
- Highly organized with strong analytical and communication skills
